Promotion offered through participating Outback Steakhouse US locations, only. Offer must be redeemed at BloominGlassOnion.com by 11:59:59 p.m. ET 12/24/22. For use January 2 through February 5, 2023. Valid only for US residents, 18 and older. Limit 1 promotion offer per person per valid original Outback Steakhouse receipt that includes a Bloomin’ Onion purchase dated from December 2 through December 24, 2022 (ARV = $11.99), while supplies last. Minimum purchase of an entrée required. By participating in the promotion as described in these Terms and Conditions, each participant represents and warrants that he or she is 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited by law or regulation, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Submitted videos must include a clear image of the receipt, and may not include any content that may be deemed unsafe, obscene, sexual, violent, or offensive, or communicate messages inconsistent with the positive image and good will of the Outback Steakhouse brand. Submissions containing inappropriate language or content of any kind will be disqualified without notice. Submitted videos must be original and cannot infringe on the rights of any third party. By submitting a video, participant represents and warrants that participant has obtained the consent of any living person depicted for the use of such video in this promotion. Gift codes are provided without warranty of any kind, are not for not for resale, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. All submitted videos are subject to review and approval for content. Submitted videos become the property of Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC (“Sponsor,”) and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the irrevocable, worldwide right to publish any submitted video in any and all media. Participants consent to the use of their submissions and registration information in accordance with the Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC privacy policy. Each participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Terms and Conditions; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC and Netflix, Inc. and their promotion partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion or the acceptance or use of any gift. The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or submissions or e-mails; (ii) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion or in any promotion-related materials; (vi) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion; or (vii) injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this promotion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or who are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.
